William Oh brings over 20 years of extensive experience in commercial & residential real estate mortgage brokerage, banking and as a private debt fund manager for various family offices. Throughout his career, he has facilitated the origination, acquisition, and servicing of over $180M of asset-backed loans (SBA, auto, real estate). He is a Certified Fund Manager and Certified Private Lender Associate with the American Associate of Private Lenders (AAPL) and is a graduate of Columbia University in the City of New York – Columbia Business School and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
